Our highly demanded Red Kerubim is back again. Also, after the long wait for our Nebbiolo, we are so happy to announce that it is back. Please also welcome a new delicious Sangiovese-Merlot blend to our menu. We are working already on a new batch of the Ice-wine style wine. Stay in tune for more.
GADELA WINES List
Brisa Sauvignon Blanc and Kiwi Pear infusion is crisply tart and delightfully fruity. Has gooseberry and grassy notes complimented by the Kiwi and Pear notes. This wine is very soft and gentle. Very nice summer wine. Ladies love it.
Gewürztraminer is an aromatic wine grape variety from cool climates in Germany. This Semi-dry gewürztraminer has aroma of roses, passion fruit and floral notes.
Riesling is a white grape variety which originated in the Rhine region of Germany. Riesling is an aromatic grape variety displaying flowery, almost perfumed, aromas as well as high acidity. This is a semi-dry wine and displays a special fruit bouquet.
Viognier elegant complexity that showcases lush, ripe flavors of stone fruit. It achieves graceful balance with notes of honey and spice.
Kerubim Cab-Syh-Zin blend / Cab provides the framework for the blend with its ample acids and tannins, as well as distinctive blackcurrant flavors. Syrah provides additional dark fruit flavors of blueberry and plum along with cracked black pepper. Zinfandel gives an additional layer of jammy berryfruit flavors, including raspberry and blackberry finishing with a light sweet red.
Petite Verdot (Coming Soon) this full bodied wine is aging in medium toast american oak barrels and is expected to develop high tannins, blackberry, violet and sage. It can be aged for long time, up to 15 years, adding more character as it ages.
Sangiovese-Merlot is earthy but round fruit forward smooth medium body wine from an italian superstar grape as Sangiovese, bringing tart cherry, red plum, fig and strawberry. look out for some leather . The merlot grape accentuates fine finish of toast. Aged 12 months in american+hungarian oak.
Petite Sirah a full-bodied wine with striking deep violet hues. Equally bold aromas of dark tea leaves and smoke entice the nose. Flavors of wild black cherries and plum coat the mouth with hints of baking spices from oak aging. Rich tannins create structure bold enough to pair with strong flavors and herbs such as black pepper, clove and rosemary.
Zinfandel is classic, rich and distinctive with dark blackberry and cherry flavors and a hint of floral. It is aged in french oak barrels for 18 months, which adds hints of cloves and mocha.
Feast is a Cabernet-Syrah blend is made with grapes from select Texas. This unique blend, while complex, dances on the palate in silky transitions from one flavor to the next to create an exquisite wine. Comes to your nose with earth and dark fruit tones with a hint of mint. You may find blackberry, pepper and chocolate, followed by sweet tobacco and vanilla.
Cabernet franc (Coming back soon) The red berry characteristics of the vinifera grape Cabernet Franc translate as an Icewine into strawberry like aromas and flavors. The color comes from pressing only as there is no skin contact during fermentation.
Nebbiolo has complex flavors and aromas, including roses, cherries, truffles, and mints. Also some hints of tar, tobacco, and leather. Other characteristics of wine made from Nebbiolo grapes include high tannins, high acidity, and medium high alcohol content. Aged 12 months in american+hungarian oak.
Amarone flavors of black cherry, brown sugar, molasses, fig and chocolate. Some port taste in the background.
Serafin rich chocolate port style fortified with brandy. Intense cherry, blackberry, vanilla, cinnamon and brown sugar.

Our tasting consist of 8 wines available at the time of your visit, including a fancy souvenir glass. We will go over a short explanation of our wines being tasted with a brief history of our winery. Regular tastings are on a walk-in basis during normal GADELA business hours. But, reservations can be made in order to reserve your spot at Large groups please cantact Us ahead of time so we can accomodate you.
