The Winemaker, Deacon Franco Knoepffler, an active Permanent Ordained Deacon for the Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston, currently assigned to St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church in The Woodlands, TX  is a dedicated Winemaker who has been crafting Sacramental Wine since 2003. He is driven by a strong passion inherited from his grandparents. He dedicates the entire production to the Lord, making Him a partner in every stage of his family life, including the wine manufacturing process.

We are very proud of our product and are committed to offering the highest quality sacramental wine using the best grapes from the Texas High Plains in the Llano Estacado region.
