I have been making wine since 2002. It all started as a hobby. My first wine was a great learning experience, and the first thing in my curriculum was "patience" lol. Yes, in this crazy life of immediate reward, wine has no presence. Either you give time for "wine" to happen, or you would just live my story again.
Many stories I could share in this blog, but there would be not enough space for them.
Fast forward, we opened our winery to the public in Feb 2017 and have shared lots of amazing wines with our customers. There are so many details in the wine-making, that I would probably take too long to explain here. In our wine tastings, lots of questions come up from our customers, and I think that is the best place to share those stories. Yes, every wine has a story of it's own and a unique identity. We are a small winery and I make all the wines at our facility, from fermentation, stabilization, sedimentation, clarification, filtering, and finally, after wine has aged, I depend many times in our Wine Club members for the bottling. Yes, they are a very important part of our production. Many of them are family to us. The story is much longer than this first blog that I write, and I invite you to visit us and become our new family. God Bless you all.
